Do you offer onboarding or migration assistance?

We will help make onboarding and migration as smooth as possible. We don't believe in lock-ins so same goes for if you decide you want to take your data elsewhere

How long does it take for a server to be up and running?

Since our servers are bare metal it can take on average 5 minutes for OS to be installed and ready to go.

Is bandwidth really free?

Yes! We don't believe in accidental overages or sneaky egress fees that lock you in. All of our plans are unlimited traffic.

Can I bring my own IP space (BYOIP)?

We can announce your IPv4/IPv6 space for you and route it to your servers with us.

How does billing work?
